Q: Does anyone's Air Drop not work after upgrading to iOS 7 on iPhone 5?

What is your airdrop setting? Also do you see people near you under airdrop?

Mine doesn' work either. I can send files to my wife's iPhone 5 but when she sends to my iPhone5 I get the accept message, press accept and her phone and her phone says it is sending then I get "Air Drop Cancelled". This is on my home wi-fi which we are both connected to. The blue tooth discovery part works but I can't seem to recieve over wi-fi.

Did anyone resolve this question?  I cannot get Air Drop on my iPhone 5 to recognize Air Drop on my MacBook Pro.  Is in NOT supposed to connect with any Air Drop, just iPhones?? Must I continue to share with my computer by emailing myself files? or connecting via USB to iTunes?  Please help! ( I hate the OS 7 look...guess they wanted to "attract" all those Windows phone idiots with the flat icons and pale unimpressing colors.

Having same issue my husband can air drop to me with IPhone 5 new software.  I have the iPhone 5S and I can't do anything wi fi and Bluetooth turned on.  And settings is contacts only

Fixed my problem it will only work when the iPhone is in a unlocked mode

My airdrop isn't working either and I have it turned on for everyone!

Airdrop is not working for me either and I have latest version of IOS and Mountain Lion. I tried opening Facetime and that didn't help. Imessage is also on and that doesn't help. Any other possible fixes?

Same issue here. I've tried restoring my phone, checking all of the settings. Nothing. My wife's phone sees me, but I can't see her. I have no idea why. I'm guessing it is something in the way I am in her address book, but not sure what is missing so that she can see me when Contacts Only is selected. She sees me with Everyone selected, but it should work both ways.

I found out that each person has to have the others iCloud email address in there Contacts, if you have AirDrop set to contacts only. Once you have each other's iCloud address then it works just fine

No luck here doing that. Are you using icloud.com addresses or just an icloud account?

Hey Fawn, I read this weekend that you cannot Air Drop between a Mac computer and an iOS device.  Not sure why, but it's not an option.
