iphone5 sound randomly goes away
I have an iphone5 that has not been upgraded to iOS7. I want this problem solved first. The sound just randomly stops working, no typing clicks, no text notifications, no phone ringer, only alarms make sound. Then randomly all of those things come back, sometimes even in the middle of typing. It's not the switch on the side. I've been to the apple store twice, had the phone switched out, deleted the icloud backup and done a hard reset of the phone. Nothing works. Please help.
