Can you please specify more precisely what you mean by smaller? Unless you mean add apps into a folder, in that case you, when on the home screen, tap and hold on any app till it and all apps around it start shaking. Once this happens you can tap and drag apps onto other apps to create folders. You can also drag apps to the side of the screen, holding them overlapping the edge for 1 second, then the next page will appear where you can place your app. The final thing you can do is delete apps by tapping on the small x button that will appear over the top left corner of an app when it is shaking.

Hope this helps :) oh, and remember that you can use the quick access menu shown along the bottom of your home screen to move apps into (you van also use this as a short term storage while organising apps and moving from page to page)... Goodluck!

Hey there!! I happened upon your answer while looking for something else, wondering if you could help?

What is the "glowing"effect of an app I'm holding?? Does it mean it does something else, other than may be move it?? Its a sort of light grey "glow" around the app which has been tapped. Thanks in advance for your time, if not.... no worries.
