My apps

Hey guys, can you help me?

A couple of weeks ago my Ipod touch 4th generation upadted itself, all of my music and apps were restored at the default settings (so all of my data on the apps were lost) Some of the extras on the apps were paid and I dont want to have to pay for them again. My wifi is also broken on my Ipod so is there anyway of doing it on my PC?
