Dec 16, 2013 12:22 PM in response to Kraftysobby leo734,I am a little security conscious. I just don't like my Personal Identifiable Information in the hands of others. I don't use icloud and why would I when I can backup more information on my computer then I have space given to me in iCloud plus I can secure it myself. I too no longer have the invite option in my calendar in IOS 7. It seems that the only people that have this option are the ones that are using iCloud. Come on Apple!!!! This basic function to send a calendar invite to others are in all produce that have a calendar fuctions. I have to have my girlfriend create the calendar event that I would like to share on her Android then have her invite me and others. WHY!!!!!

Jan 10, 2014 12:37 PM in response to teacher1926by gadgetchick,Hi Everyone.
I had problems also but what I did (with iPhone 5, iOS 7) was:
1. Go to the iCloud settings
2. Turn off the Calendars
3. Turn Calendars back on
4. Select Merge
After doing this, I was immediately able to see invites and replies!

Feb 21, 2014 8:08 AM in response to Kraftysobby Aaron Phillips,Re: ios 7 calendar for iphone 5 has no invitee spot?
Sep 26, 2013 4:04 PM (in response to teacher1926)I just updated and found no invite option. Here is what I did:
1. Click into *Settings
2. Click into *iCloud
3. Select *Calendars (turning to green)
---pop up: "your calendars will be merged with iCloud."
4. Option to Merge or Cancel, I selected *Merge.
You will need your iCloud account to be set up in order to do this. Then return to your Calendar and the *Invitees* option should be there, it was for me...
Mine was missing too and this worked for me. I just turned my iCloud calendars off and back on again, selected "Merge" and the invite option returned! I'm on the latest iOS 7 and iPhone 5 with multiple email accounts: Exchange, iCloud, GMail, Yahoo and Comcast. Thanks Kraftysob!

Mar 26, 2014 6:12 PM in response to teacher1926by tharvie24,When i was adding setting up my wife's calender with ios 7 I had to make sure the calender that she used is one from the iCloud and not her email calender. Now everything works fine and she can invite contacts.
