Wow, with iOS 7 you can now upload videos to iCloud gallery!! I just found this last night. Seems like a pretty great upgraded feature yet hadn't read or otherwise heard about it anywhere.
From your iOS device, in the Photos app, tap the Share icon and you'll see iCloud as an option.
Is it working ok for you.
I can see the video on the other devices, but the video just freezes and won't play.
Yes, so far it is working for me. The first one I uploaded did not show a thumbnail but the movie played. Other than that, OK.
Now you can upload video!
