Is anyone else having problems with iTunes today on iOS 7?

For some reason this morning my iTunes store is not working (iPhone 5/iOS 7.0(11A465)/iTunes). The app comes up however the store doesnt. I still have all my music on the phone libraries but nothing on main iTunes panel displayed at startup. On startup once iTunes did display a message that the app could'nt connect to the iTunes store.

All of the other apps are working over the network and I can get to the iTunes store on my Mac and AppleTV just not on the phone. Started giving me problems about 9:30am Central time.
