Sep 21, 2013 9:33 AM in response to JDAM07Bby JDAM07B,I tried to reset the PRAM by restarting it and immediately pressing and holding the "Command," "Option," "P" and "R" keys on the keyboard. I hear the startup chime three times but still nothing.
