What brouser did you use? Google Chrome?

Error 3004: If you're using a Mac, you may be able to resolve an error 3004 by quitting iTunes and using the following command in the command line: dscacheutil -flushcache

Make Internet Explorer your default browser. And then try to install iOS 7.

Flush your DNS cache via Windows shell. I don't know the command for this offhand, look it up.
