Control Center not accessible (iOS 7)

I have not been able to open the Control Center feature after installing iOS 7. Swiping up doesn't work. Siri can't find it. It seems the update to iOS 7 failed in this regard. Everything else seems to work. has anybody else experienced this? Any known fixes?

It's the case. The up-swipe event for accessing Control Center is designed to start near the *very*bottom of the screen? My Gumdrop case covers that, so I couldn't access it. I took it out of the case and now I can get the CC to open. Interesting that Siri couldn't open it though. That would have been a good work-around.

I too have a problem with the Control Center only. I have the iPad in the Survivor Case by Griffin. The Notification works fine and all the rest. We set this up for my granddaughter and putt restrictions on it. Any idea what we may have set that would affect the Control Center? I checked and both Control Center and Notifications are on.
