iPhone iOS 7 install custom font feature

As stated in the features list of newly released of iOS 7, there is a feature under "Enterprise Features" section that said "Install Custom Fonts".

So my questions are:

1. How to check whether my iPhone is eligible for that feature?

2. How can I install custom font? Because there is a language/font - Khmer, that I need and Apple had it in the Macbook but not on iPhone

3. If anyhow I cannot install custom font - Khmer, can i request Apple to add one more language support? I mean at least install the font, so I can read my native language (Khmer) on iPhone/iPad. Not to mention keyboard support would be better. It's easy, isn't it? Since Apple already had the font pre-installed on any new Macbook

Thanks,

Seth, from Cambodia

iPhone 5, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

You can't install custom fonts yet. For Apple to see your request, repost it at
