I have an iPhone 5 that will not allow the new ios7 update because it needs 1 or 2 gb of space free'd up. I have cleaned up all photos and videos. it says I only have a little over a gb available, but my total amount of mb's used on all apps only amounts to about 3 or 4 gb? It appears the phone thinks there is more storage used than it's reporting? Do I have to reset to factory settings? Or what?
