iPhone 5s Standby & Usage Same

I am going through my first day of the iPhone 5s. I have noticed that Standby and Usage are exactly the same even though the phone has been in my pocket half the day.

I quit out all running apps and I disabled Background APp Refresh - so now, no apps are running and Usage is 6 hr 42 min and so is standby.

I KNOW this isn't good for battery life.

Letting it run down to zero battery and then I will see if this continues.

Anyone else see this?

Running 7.0.1 and restored from an iPhone 5 iOS7 backup

Most other stuff is disabled (Siri Raise to Ear, Frequent Locations).

Will be hard resetting the iPhone 5s after battery runs all the way down.

I got the same problem on my 5s.

I tried everything to solve this, but it seems like that the only way to fix it is restoring the devise as a new one.

That is really annoying, I don't wanna lose my data like gamesaves or WhatsApp stats.

So if anyone know another way to fix this problem, report it.
