Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

Yon need to phone Apple Customer Services in your country. The phone number can be found on Google.

If you have Find My Phone turned on, you won't be able to use a computer to restore your phone without first turning Find My Phone off...something you can't do if you can't remember the passcode.

You'll have to login to iCloud.com & erase the phone. Then restore from backup, if you have a backup.
