I tried this and all almost okay, but safari still shows chinese, while everything else is in english. How can i get safari to change also?

I tried this and all almost okay, but safari still shows chinese, while everything else is in english. How can i get safari to change also with the rest of the system. This only happened after updating to iOS 7.
