Cancel Giftcard

Hey,

is there anyway i could cancel my gift card.

Because i've moved to a different country now and i need to acess the app store of that country so that i could register m credit card, and itune uk is not allowing me to change the country. It says i have to use my gift card balance before changing the country.

Now how am i suppose to use a balance of 67p ?

Help me please...
