Unable to install iTunes 11.1 on my Windows 7 laptop

I updated my Ipad2 to IOS7. Now when I connect to my Windows 7 laptop iTunes says I need version 11.1.

I already tried several time to install it but after clicking the download button I am rerooted to the thank you page and nothing happens.

I also read other articles in the community but nothing is helping me. I also changed pop-up security filters to medium-->no change.

Anybody could help me? Please
