Can't edit or delete subscriptions in iCal

Since upgrading to iOS 7 I can't seem to delete or edit the titles of subscribed calendars, I will delete them or edit the names but then within minutes they appear again. Very frustrating!

Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks!
