Microphone not working on ios7 Siri with iPhone 5

So, whenever I try to activate Siri using the home button, the microphone acts as if there is no sound whatsoever. Although, whenever I activate Siri using raise to speak, a headset, or Bluetooth device it works properly. The voice memos, calling, speakerphone and all othericrphine related applications work perfectly fine. I have power reset, reset settings, restored, set up as new iphone, and none of these ideas worked. Any ideas of what could be going wrong? Please help. Thanks
