My iPad mini will not show video when using airplay to my apple tv. All software is updated. Airplay is 'on' on Apple TV. Wifi and app are not the issue as my husband was able subsequently to airplay to our Apple TV.
The wifi, the Apple TV, the various apps have all proven to work via my husbands iPad mini. From my mini not only does the airplay icon fail to appear at the bottom of the screen, but the Apple TV shows 'internet radio' as it plays the SOUND of the video I'm airplaying.
I've turned Bluetooth off per apple's troubleshooting. I've eliminated all other options they gave... I've rebooted my iPad... Now I'm stumped. And irked.
