When I did the latest update, I tapped on the app and must have dragged it somewhere but I can' fine where. Does anyone know how to find it again?

Open the spotlight search by sliding your finger down in the middle of a page, type Compass in the search, it will find it and show what folder it is in.
Check all of your home pages and folders. You cannot delete the native iOS apps. If you cannot find it looking, check search and see if you can locate it. If it shows up in search, it should also show what folder it is in. If you still cannot find it that way, then try a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and release. If that doesn't bring it back, last step is to go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
