Sorry, It should be in the year view. Date are not highlighted when view the year.
I completely agree that removing the functionality of the year view is very frustrating. If a client asks me what dates I have free in Q4, I now have to separately check each month and remember them before I respond. Why simply drop a useful view of appointments? The year view is now a complete waste of time!
Can anyone recommend a good ipad calendar app that shows appointments in year view? Even though it's irritating to have to buy a replacement for what was a great built-in app in IOS6......
Found a good one, in case anyone else needs the functionality of a year view for scheduling and checking work in one place (and birthdays, holidays, long planned commitments, etc.).
Try All-in-one Year Calendar by Voidtech. Not only does it have facilities to markup commitments in lots of different ways, but it also syncs your ipad calendar and shows existing items on its year view, AND enables day selection direct from the year view for adding new commitments. Perfect!
Thanks just what I need and what is missing. Will get it.
