Do you have AVG Family Safety installed?? This product was causing all of my iTunes problems!


They have a fix that is easy to do -- you rename 2 .dll files, download 2 new ones and put them in the folders where you renamed the old ones, then reboot. It takes about 4 minutes to do.

If you are also encountering error 0x80090318 and you are unable to access iTunes Store, check for the software that is not compatible with the Apple software. There may be conflicts on the two. I also have this issue few days ago and just followed the solutions from the link below. I hope it will work for you too.
