Sep 21, 2013 9:04 PM in response to sam boosakby randers4,Yea it's been crazy for 3 days...ever since iOS 7 was released.
When you click Change Storage at step 3, what does it say your current plan is? (The behavior you are seeing seems to indicate that your current plan is already 10GB, which is why Done is only availble for the Free and 20 GB options.)

Sep 21, 2013 10:17 PM in response to sam boosakby randers4,If you're a former MobileMe user, you should see this:
And done should be selectable for both the 10GB and 20GB options, but not the 5GB option. If that isn't happening, you'll probably need to call Apple. I would start with the online store as then handle storage plan refunds, or I suppose you could make an appointment with th Genius bar at a nearby Apple store.

Sep 24, 2013 9:39 AM in response to randers4by Priorityev,Im having the exact same problem and Ive tried to downgrade from my ipad, iphone, and mac. I'm not allowed to press done on any of them. And as in the pic above, the "done" button is greyed out.

Sep 24, 2013 9:41 AM in response to Priorityevby randers4,If you are trying to downgrade to the free option, "done" is greyed out because it's already selected to go into effect at the end of the month. If you want the free plan to go into effect you don't need to do anything.
