Bought a song and can't find it anywhere

Hello there,

So straight to the point, I was buying a song (My lovely man) when I got disconnected from the internet, My iPhone showed the download screen and the song just said "waiting", but nothing happened, and I left. This happened to me once and I luckily got it back form the purchased songs library, however this time it doesn't show up anywhere, and it said to buy the song BUT [it already took my money].

So I googled and people said that in my receipt I should click on report a problem, but the issue here is that my receipts always come like a day or two later I don't know why, but what IF I don't get a receipt? What should I do?
