iOS 7 music glitching really bad with my car?

Ok!! I know im not the only person here, but Ive only seen blutooth connection issues.
Mine is different!
I use the USB plug in for my phone in my car, I drive a 2013 Kia Rio.
So here are my issues

#1- In my car, the phone is "stuck" on repeat one song, when, none of my settings are set to repeat... each time a song is over, I have to change it manually (through my steering wheel) to the next song...
#2- After i press the next song button on my steering wheel, its takes a good 5-10 seconds for it to register and change the song, also it gets buggy and will pause the new song for a few seconds, or skip a little of it

#3- Using voice-to-text while my phone is connected to the USB plug in my car, doesnt work, its like it doesnt register my voice...
#4- when I pick up a phone call in my car, and the phone is playing music, The music stops in the car stereo, but continues in my PHONE SPEAKER! yea, I can hear some one talking and listen to the music from the same speaker in my phone... so I have to unplug the phone each time i get a phone call sp the music stops.

#5- Scrolling through songs/artists/playlists etc. using my head unit is VERY slow...
I never encountered ANY of these problems with iOS 6...
(Plus, the new colors are horrid and ugly.. make me feel like im in the 70's... the new color scheme feels like an 8 year old picked out the colors....)

I have the same issue - I drive a Honda Civic SI 2010

Since iOS7 when I set my phone to play certain music - then I plug it into the USB cable in the car - it doesnt recognise what I have set the phone to play - it goes to the first song in my music. If I then try to change this using the phone, it works but still displays the first song on the cars music display.

When I try to change this using the folder buttons on the car stereo this works but I cant do that when I am driving really.

This is most annoying

I too have changed all the settings - reset the settings - shut the phone down - rebooted.. but still nothing works.

Please fix this Apple

After installing iOS 7 on my iPhone 4s I'm unable to pair the usb with my 2012 GMC Terrain. My iPhone worked great prior to the update, my phone worked and my music would play. Now my iPhone works but not my music. The usb will still charge my iPhone but is unable to complete the search for my usb device (my iPhone 4s with iOS 7 installed), I really want to play my iPhone music through the car stereo. Is there some update that will fix this problem?

I'm having the same issues with my 2013 Hyundai Sonata.... the Music App automatically defaults to repeat song. After changing the setting manually on the phone - each time I connect my phone again it reverts to repeat one.

More annoying is the call connect while playing music. If I'm taking a call, I really don't want to hear my music playing in the background.

So now that we have 2 Kia Rio's, a Honda Civic and Sonata on the list of IOS7 users having this issue -- Apple could you please correct this so drivers aren't distracted by phone functionality while driving? Seems like a easily solved safety hazard

iPhone 4s running IOS7 (a.k.a. Playschool's "My First iPhone")

I've run the gamut trying to resolve this issue. Finally after 3 hrs at my GMC dealer I was told my iOS 7 on my 4s is not compatible with my vehicle and furthermore they informed me that all 2014 & 2015 GMC models won't have any compatibility with the iPhone. They said there are too many updates to make it feasible. This is a major bummer of an update!

There is no way that car manufacturers will keep trying to compensate for Apple's shortcomings, and I also fear that they will simply give up on this one - it's not their fault.

Unfortunately, given the many problems that IOS 7 has introduced, this one, although a source of real frustration when attempting to play music in your vehicle, may be just lost in the roar of all the other IOS 7 problems.

If only Apple would give us the choice to revert to IOS 6.3...
