I decided to upgrade my MacBook OS X 10.5 to 10.6, and I erased my harddeck and while installing the 10.6 a message showd up that said"Mac OS X can't be installed on this computer.". I attached a picture for the message. However, can anyone help me with that, please?

Start by checking if you can run Snow Leopard:

Are you using a retail copy of the Snow Leopard DVD? Or a DVD that shipped with another computer?
I'm using a DVD that shipped with another computer.
That would be the problem. You will need a new retail copy of the DVD. Check the link below for ordering info.
