After update AppleTV 2 to 6.0 cannot sign in

After updating to Apple TV Software Update 6.0 two days ago, I see the Photo Stream behavior..., but I'm unable accept the new iCloud Terms of Service.Trying to use it with my valid account name and password,but nor of them is working,so I can't accept the terms???

What I have to do? Thank you...
