iPhone 5S on IOS 7.0.1 - even plugin to PC also no charging

Worst update ever.

Once I updated the ios7.0.1, even I am plugin to my PC the power is going down at about 5 minutes per 1%.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
