Q: after update wrong applestore, cannot switch

Updated my ipad. Now

i cannot buy from any app. I am travelling and not in the country where my apple id/store account is. Previously this was no problem. Updates download as normal.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 7

Yes it was changed Slightly...

 

Double Tap the Home Button... Then swipe the App Upwards.
