Have a problem signing in oniTunes on apple TV

I am have a problem signing in on Apple TV's iTunes account. I keep getting message saying that I need to inter the correct password. I have changed the password and I am able to log in to my iTunes account in iTunes on my computer and on my phone. However on the Apple TV it's asking me if I forgot my password. Can I Please get some Help with his

there are more then 1 password in this mix

1. wifi encryption password

2. shared itunes lib password

3. appleID password

are you sure it's asking you for the password you think it's asking you for?`
