Q: How do you except the itunes terms and conditions

I am trying to download some new apps on my phone but after the software upgrade to IOS 7 it keeps saying you need to read and except the new itunes terms and conditions, and i cant find them,

 

Can you please help

    same problem. i was able to scroll through all 54 pages of the terms and was hoping some idiot in Legal was forcing us to do this but on page 54, still not Agree button. Only choice is to cancel out. I wonder how much money the App store is losing every minute...
