I recently purchase iMatch and now have lots of songs in the cloud, more songs than will fit on my phone. I want to set my phone up, so that I only see songs I have downloaded to my phone on my phone. I dont want to see everything in iCloud on my phone, only the stuff I have downloaded to my phone. Any ideas how I can set this up?

The "Show All Music" setting is gone now . . . what's the new fix?

Yeah, I had tried that . . . it still doesn't work for me for some reason.
I was having the same issue as you. I did find that when I was in my "library" list on my iPod touch (which I presume the same would be for IPhone) and if I clicked on where it says "Artists" next to a drop down arrow it then goes to a list of options and at the bottom is "Only Offline Music". If you enable that option it should solve the issue. Hope this helps.
I have the same problem, although I syncs only items that I want in iTunes after this I see my entire library appear and no solution to resolve this issue. The temporary solution I've found is to hide purchased items
