What Happened to the Preset Radio Stations?

I have this same problem but on the itunes menu there is no "internet"

Just SONGS, ALBUMS, ARTISTS, GENRES, RADIO, MATCH

and the "radio" is that "spotify" or "pandora" format.

I'm crushed. I listened to the radio 24-7.

Any clues why it's not in my itunes menu that you showed the sample on.

I'm updated to 11.1.3

Check to see if you have enabled Show Internet Radio

in iTunes > Preferences > General Preferences

I found the internet option in the preferences. Problem is when I click on any of genre selections, I just get

"An error occurred while contacting the radio tuning service. Check your Internet connection, or try again later."

Happens for every genre choice, every time I have tried.

I have internet conductivity. I'm using it to send this message.

I'm using iTunes 11.1.3 on Mac 0S 10.7.5.

Everything was working fine until I had to update my operating system for a different application on my computer. Now one, by one, I'm having to update everything on my computer, and having difficulties everywhere. Any ideas what's happening with iTunes?

All 566 of the Internet Radio Streams are available for me.

Thanks I found it. Mine wasn't showing the "Internet" which was the problem. I didn't see your explanation for preferences above that. That was what fixed it. Thanks!!
