Okay, here's the issue I got my 5s and then restored it from backup after doing that how in does one get all the promised apps for free? imovie, pages, numbers, keynote etc. I see no way to download without the 9.99 fee for each. Any advice appreciated. I guess I should have not updated from back up and set this up as a new phone. To late now so any help???

At the end of the restored backup I was asked it I wanted to download those free apps for my 5S. I chose "ask me later". I am still waiting to be asked and I can't figure out how to download without paying. So my problem is essentially the same.
I did apple chat support and they unlocked them. Essentially had me go to App Store after whatever they did they were free I installed during the chat and am good to go now. Hit them up on chat.
