Sorry, Apple has no approved method to downgrade the version of iOS on your iDevice. You can voice your displeasure with the iOS by leaving feedback at the appropriate subsection from the link below.

That's not completely true. You had it a month ago Shift+Restore. But Apple decided to discontinue this downgrade by not signing earlier versions of ipsw anymore.
so I would like you to put this a feedback there yourself please. Little more support would be appreciated.

People are asserting they were able to downgrade...
