iOS7 update problem with photo as wallpaper
After the ios7 update, I cannot use photos as wallpaper. The image is huge and will not scale down. I've tried several photos. Help.

this is because of the parlax feature (fake 3D) in iOS 7. you can disable this, a see your entire background, by going toSettings > General > Accessibilty > Reduce Motion. If you want to keep the paralax, you have to deal with the zoommed in photo.
