Deleting photos from camera roll also deletes in photo stream everywhere, how to prevent that?

Hello,

When I delete a photo from my camera roll, after the upgrade to iOS 7 the iPad says: "this photo will also be deleted from the photostream on all your devices, and indeed this happens.

If I make a new photo with iPad or iPhone then deleting this photo does keep it in the photostream.

Did anyone walk into the same problem ?

Does anyone know a solution ?
