    Totally agree.  I REFUSE to upgrade to Maverick after the IOS 7.0 piece of junk.  I too have written Apple and posted my displeasure with their dumbdowning of their, once industry lead graphic interface.  Like Microsoft, Apple has decided, unilatterally, what it's customer base wants and the under the guise of an update, tken over and upgraded to a NEW, less desireable, IOS.  But, in Apple's defense, they are providing it FREE.  If this this what free buys me I say NO thanks.  Most of my friends, those in their mid 20's and beyond, feel pretty much as I do, but have succumbed to do little or nothing - a trajedy!

    I agree with you. I have written a number of times to Apple. There's no one there. I am sorry that I gave my Android to my grandson. I am so glad that we have this forum. It is too bad the company doesn't even listen. Maybe a boycott might help

    The Feedback link specifically states they won't answer. Were you under the impression that emailing or submitting feedback would lead to some sort of instant change?

     

    Feel free to boycot. The twenty million plus other people will be enjoying their phones.

    Realistically Apple not responding just shows you how terrible customer service Apple has. Why would that person give a single F what 20 million other people think. That is an unhappy customer trying to express their frustration and anger on a product that they expect more from. I don't see anything wrong with it but if you do, hey to each their own.

    If you want to speak to Apple directly, you are always free to call them. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom right of every page for information on how to do so.  However, to give feedback someplace where Apple specifically state that they will not answer and then get peeved that they don't is just silly.

    I like it and hate it at the same time. I like how everything looks clean and simple iOS 7 feels and the new fun way to quit apps in multitasking. What I hated was the software was still glitchy in some minor places, like sluggish animations, some occasional sound problems. Although I agree some the new icons look rather ugly (the Safari icon for example) I haven't had an issue with the typography.
