Updated to ios7, app now missing

I upraded to ios7 on my iphone 4s, now I can't find one of my applications on the screen. I can see it in settings, and I can see it as "open" in my app store, but I have looked through everything on my screens and cannot locate the button to open it (without accessing it through the app store each time).. I was going to un-install and reinstall, however I don't have an uninstall option in settings for that app. Any ideas?

settings>general>reset>reset home screen layout

any folders you made will be gone but your app icon should come back.

I was also missing a few apps after updating my iPhone 4S to iOS 7.

I wanted to uninstall one of them but couldn't find other than to use the search box.

Tried your solution and found the app, but now even more apps are gone, not really gone but they don't show up on the screen.

Found a possible explanation for this, I've got 305 apps installed and my iPhone 4S has only got room for maximum 244 apps if they aren't grouped (4*4*15 pages + 4 at the bottom).

The maximum number (not grouped) for iPhone 5 for example would be (4*5*15 pages + 4 at the bottom = 304 apps).

However, three of the built in apps, (contacts, calculator and compass), are grouped as standard, that means max limit (not grouped except them three) for iPhone 5 goes up to 302 as standard?

I still got more apps then what would be the alarm limit for using the "reset home screen", if there is a alarm limit? I don't know.

Hoping for someone to come up with a quick fix for this issue so that I don't have to uninstall 61 apps and start putting them into groups and then download the deleted ones again, because that I don't consider a solution,

Sorry for using so much text but it just wanted to express my problem without being misunderstood.

Sorry but it doesn't seem to be working for this problem, thanks for trying anyway.

Have tried most possible "apple technical solutions" I could think of to solve this, even rebooted the phone, but no success yet.

Calculated wrong max number for iPhone 5 (should be 5*4*15 pages + 4 at bottom -3 grouped +1 spot for the group = 306.

That would mean I was after all just under the alarm limit (if any), for iPhone 5 which I guess they have tested the software with, forgetting that older iPhones has smaller screens.

problem with reset home screen it kills ALL your folders you have made. i have dolders and icons beyond what iPad 4/Air will show .. i have combined some into folders but the ones atbthe end still do not move forward. i was hoping reboot would help. ... instead of going out of bounds they should have a group atbend where extras go into and start making more towards home. without knowing what i am missing i cannot open it.
