ios 7 problems

I downloaded ios7 onto my ipad2 this morning and my screen is no longer responsive to my touch, nor to the Logitech keyboard. Both were working just fine before the ios7 download. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do short of heading to the genius bar? Thanks.

Figured out the problem. I downloaded using a wireless connection instead of using iTunes and a cable to my computer - ended up with a corrupted download. Had to backup my ipad, and restore from backup. Major hassle and I've learned my lesson NOT to download wirelessly.
