Airdrop not working on iPhone 5c

First. I have used airdrop between my iPhone 5 and my Sisters iPhone 5. But my Mothers iPhone 5c Airdrop feature does seem to work.

I have Both WiFi and bluetooth on and Airdrop set to everyone like mine, but when I try to send something over Airdrop noone shows up on screen to select. I've even tried sending something to the 5c and I can't find the phone.
