You mean a reset? Same way you always do. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and you should be good to go.

No I mean when you double pushed the home button and the apps appear at the bottom of the screen and you forced closed them. You can't do that with iOS 7. If you can figure it out, that would be great.

Double Tap the Home Button... Then swipe the App Upwards.
