Thanks for the question. AirDrop requirements are outlined below:
iPhone 5 or later
iPad (4th generation)
iPad mini
iPod touch (5th generation)

Based on the information in your post it looks like you have an iPhone 4, which unfortunately is not compatible for use with AirDrop.
