Apple TV ( 3rd Gen) not detecting update to 6.0 software

Apple TV has 5.3 installed. It is my understanding that ATV 6.0 was released a few days ago. However, my ATV has been left in the dust. What is going on? I have tried restoring it, restarting it, but nothing works. I would really like the new features such as iTunes Radio. Please help?
