I can't Download Apps Any More nor Am I Able To Update Any Apps.
Can Somebody Help Me??? I'm Having Several issues since I Updated to iOS 7.

Do you have restrictions on? Check Settings > General > Restrictions
If not, are you signed in to the App Store using your Apple ID? Check Settings > iTunes & App Stores
