If my wifi password isnt on the keychain, will it automatically connect when i turn my mac on?

Will my computer connect to my internet if it isnt in the keychain access utility? All answers appreciated.

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Yes, i know i need to upgrade.

Hello,

If you have entered your password and clicked the button 'remember' then yes it should remember it fine.

If each time you reboot and it asked you for a password then you have not clucked remember password.
