Hi, I followed the instruction on enabling my location services (settings>privacy>locations services. I still could not turn on my location services that is the round button remains gray or does not move to the left..

Hi I already went thru the instructions on how to enable the location services of my ipad (settings>privacy>locations services). But I still could not turn on the my locations services that is, the gray button at the location services does not swipe to ON (Green). need help please
