IOS 7 iCloud restore shows blank pictures on Camera Roll

Hi,

I recently upgraded my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5S.

Prior to this I made a backup to iCloud which included my Camera Roll.

After I restored from iCloud on my new phone, my Camera Roll shows blank images.

It is like it knows the pictures are there, but they do not show...

When I go into my iCloud preferences it shows two phones with the same name. One is designated as this phone.

Some help would be good in getting my pictures properly restored.
