iphone 5s front camera not working in video calls (skype,hangout etc).

hi guys.

my new iphone 5s (64 gb grey, ios 7.0.1) shows no video just vertical lines during video calling. though whenever i do use video camera it works perfectly. is this software issue or hardware issue.

Note: reinstalled apps several times.
